Ovid Lighting Innovations Inc. will not accept returned goods nor be held responsible for repairs to damaged items that have not been pre-authorized with an official RMA number issued by Ovid Lighting Inc. prior to the item being returned for verification.
Ovid Lighting Innovations Inc declines any responsibility for labor cost incurred in connection with the installation, removal, or replacement of warranted products, nor for any consequential or incidental damages. Ovid Lighting Innovations. Inc. does not accept nor guarantee any product that has been altered, improperly installed, over-
loaded, installed in applications in which it is not intended , nor does it guarantee products that have been tampered with or damaged by acts of nature. Also excluded from this warranty, products or components from other companies combined
with Ovid products which can be hazardous. This warranty replaces any other existing warranties for the aforesaid merchandise and deems all other warranties in
connection herein null and void. Ovid Lighting Innovations. Inc. reserves the right to change or modify the construction and/or design of the products mentionned herein without prior notice.
